Shirley Marion (Barnes) Schneider

In loving memory of Shirley Schneider (nee Barnes).

On the morning of December 13, 2025, Shirley Schneider of Princeton, BC passed away at Ridgewood Lodge at the age of 93 years.

Shirley is remembered and sadly missed by her loving husband, William Schneider (95 years old). They were married for 74 years.

Shirley was the loving mother of Diane Schneider of Langley, William George (Linda) Schneider of Abbotsford, John (Kathy) Schneider of Princeton and Robert (Sandra) Schneider of Langley, BC; most cherished grandmother of Glen (Kelly) Daniels, Jason (Michelle) Daniels, West (Amy) Schneider, Scott Schneider, Kellie (Sandor) Smith, Ted (Michael-Ann) Schneider, Chris (Jessica) Schneider and Matt (Tara) Schneider; great-grandchildren, Siobhan, Paul, Mikayla, MacKenzie, Jackson, Adah, Emilina, Oliver, Elliana, Lillian, Logan, Lincoln, Kyra, Tayla and Bryn. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, Cyril and Marion Barnes (nee Sheather); sisters, Dorthy and Freda and brother, Alex.

Her urn will be interred at Princeton Cemetery.

Sadly, William no longer will carry her black purse!
