Roslin Barkher was born September 18, 1930 to Rosetta and Maurice Reeve. Mum left us February 18, 2020 at 8:05am. Mum and Dad came to Canada from England in 1957 to make a better life for their two children. Later they would have two more. They left Winnipeg, MB in 1967 for Kelowna, BC. Dad passed in October 1996. Mum met Michael Nettlefield some years later and they were together until his passing in December 2019.

Mum leaves behind 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Mum was a hairstylist, trained in London, England. She was a master gardener, a knitter that no pattern could stump, and she sewed clothes for us when we were little. Mum taught herself to recognize antiques, the marks on china and pottery. For a time, she repaired antique and collectible china.

It is hard to believe that Mum and the love she gave us has passed. We will always love and miss her. We carry her heart in ours.
