It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Robert (Bob) Jaskow of Keremeos, BC announce his passing on March 28, 2021 at the age of 80 years.
Peter spent his final days surrounded by the immense love of his family and caregivers at Orchard Haven.
Peter was a man of so many talents. His passion for woodworking was born in his very early days. This most likely started when he helped his dad build their family home as a young teen. Peter would gift family and friends with incredible wooden creations that he had made. Another passion of Peter’s was his involvement with Elim Tabernacle under the guidance of Pastor Jason, where he formed many friendships.
Peter is survived by his 2 loving daughters, Roberta (Doug) Boult, and Rita (Gord) Nameth; grandchildren, Ryan, Travys (Courtenay), Jordan, Marley; great-grandchildren, Kenzie, Zachary and Baker. He is also survived by his best friend and sister, Rosemary (Bill) Copeland; niece, Linda Brandenberg (Thomas) and her children, Sean and Kayla; aunt, Helen Slater and cousin, Don (Diane) Budesheim.
Peter was predeceased by his loving parents, Peter and Wilhelmina (Minnie).
Peter leaves behind so many beautiful friendships but most importantly with Jeanne, Mazel, and Sandra.
Orchard Haven was home to dad and he truly felt that he had a second family with all of the most amazing care givers.
We will always have special memories in our hearts that will keep us smiling.
