On March 28th, 2022, Marvella Marie Lefebvre passed away peacefully surrounded by close family at the age of 80, in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Marvella was born in Estevan, Saskatchewan on August 9th, 1941. It was in Estevan that she met and married the love of her life, Marcel Lefebvre on August 10th, 1959. Together they raised a large, compassionate family in Regina, Saskatchewan, eventually retiring in Westbank, British Columbia. Marvella was a nurturing and caring person, which was reflected in her career as a care-aide as well as her roles as a mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was great with children and animals, always wondering when the next visit would take place. Some of her favorite past times included visits to various casinos (with many proven winning streaks), bowling, playing cards, going for daily walks with friends. The highlight of her days was meeting for coffee with friends at the local Timmy’s.  She had a passion for gardening, playing piano, and most of all travelling. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her for her one-of-a-kind laugh, and a smile that could warm a room.

Marvella is predeceased by her husband Marcel, daughter Liane, grandson Ethan, sisters Elaine and Lois, and parents, Dorothy and Joseph. She is survived by her daughter Dawn (Reg), her sons Evan and Nicel (Nicole), brother Celus Nadon, as well as her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
