Joshua Profeit

The family of Josh Profeit is saddened to announce his passing in Penticton, BC at the age of 32 years.

Josh is survived by his sister, Jadee Dixon and brother, Levi Profeit; stepfather, Trevor Dixon; grandparents, Sharon and Clarence Schneider and many cousins.

Josh’s sister, Jadee, shares these thoughts about her brother:

Still in such a state of shock… even though this was a day I knew was coming it still hurts like hell to hear you are truly gone. Although you had your demons you were still a good person and I wish life could have turned out differently for you. You were such a pain in my ass growing up but I know you would have had my back back then, I guess that’s what brothers are for. Although I wish so much had been different these past years I’m still glad we had the child hood we had together. I will always cherish the good memories of growing up with you. You were such an adventurous soul and amazingly talented person between your photography and rock climbing and your incredible journeys. I hope you have finally found peace and can rest easy now big bro, I know life wasn’t easy on you. Love in my heart for you always, give mom a hug for me up there.
