Jean Margaret Byers nee Fenton passed away on January 29, 2020 surrounded and held tight by her girls.
She is survived by her husband: Maurice; her 3 daughters: Rhonda, Debbie (Remi), Brenda (Edward);
her 7 grandchildren: Robert, Keith, Michael, Katrina, Alicia, Lorna, and Jenna; her 8 great-grandchildren and her brother Clarence (Marge).
She was born in Kelowna, BC on October 12, 1934 where she was raised with her beloved siblings: Jim, Eva, George, Grace, Irene, Betty and Clarence.
She lived life for her girls.
She loved her family, her fur babies, crossword puzzles, playing cards with her sisters, camping, fishing, cheering on her grandchildren at all their ball games, and baked the world’s best apple pies.
She was a pillar of strength for her family, she could make you laugh and there was never a day where she wasn’t singing or humming out loud.
A very sincere thank you to the staff on Paynter at Village at Smith Creek who loved her and cared for her like family. And a loving thank you to Tasha who has cared for and loved Margaret.
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that you donate to the Alzheimer Society of BC - https://alzheimer.ca/en/bc.
