Irma Anton

Irma Anton passed away peacefully into the presence of Jesus on May 16, 2024, at the age of 81. Her daughter Lynda and friend Travis were with her at the time. She was born in Poland on October 7, 1942.

She will be sadly missed by her 2 children, Rick & Lynda; 5 grandchildren, Kristina, Franchessca, Samantha, Tanya & Michael; and her 7 great grandchildren,  Kayle, Sierra, Annabelle, Levi, Rowan, Fara & Harper.

Irma was born to Daniel and Olga Anton, and came from a family of 8 children: Adam, Regina, Helen, Rose, Adolf, Irma, Erika and Monica. She has 3 sisters who have survived her: Helen, Rose & Erika. She also has many nephews and nieces.

She had many friends through church, neighbors, hospitals and the multiple jobs and careers she had throughout her life.

Her love of life and people touched the lives of all who knew her. She spent months in the hospital and even though she was ill had an angelic spirit leading people to Christ. While she struggled with health issues, she miraculously came through with energy and vigor multiple times.  She was a fighter and when she was feeling good, she soared. She volunteered at the church, was a leader of a youth group, and camp leader at bible camp. She had multiple jobs including bookkeeper, H&R block taxes, Real estate and Home care. Her entrepreneurial spirit helped her succeed greatly in a home sale fashion company and was recognized as the top seller.

Later in life she was introduced to a health and whole food concentrate company, these foods supplements severely improved her health. Her testimony blessed so many others to improve their health as well. She was a top leader again. She continued to bless others by helping with their health through biofeedback, homeopathics and whole food supplements and diet advice.

Most of all she was an overcomer, all while being a wife, mother and friends to many. Irma raised her family lovingly while turning a house into a home.

Irma traveled to many places. Her favorite was Hawaii.

She will be surely missed here on this earth.

Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.  at The Pointe Clubhouse, 4074 Gellatly Rd, West Kelowna.  Reception to Follow.
