Ingeborg Ackermann

The family of Ingeborg Ackermann of Peachland, BC, is saddened to announce her passing. She passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025, at the age of 88. Also known as Inge for short.

Ingeborg is survived by her son, Harold Ackermann, and daughter, Ingrid Ackermann, both from Peachland, BC; her sisters, Ilse Mueller and Gretel Restau; as well as several nieces and nephews, and families in Germany.

She is sadly predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Gerhard; her parents, Erwin and Selma Schoenleber; sisters, Ruth and Gerda; and her brother, Werner.

She loved gardening, baking, and going to bingo. She loved sitting on her deck, admiring Okanagan Lake and mountains, listening and watching the birds and the deer that would walk by.

She will be missed but always in our hearts.
