Doreen Marjorie Herchack (nee Recknagel) passed away on September 14, 2023 after a brave battle with cancer, with her family by her side.

She will be always remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Paul Herchack; children, Susan Flewelling (Gordon), Mark Dobranski and Lisa Krauss; step-children, Wes, Genette (Dean) and Michael; grandchildren, Michael (Michelle), Jill, Sarah (Ryan), Staci (Brett), Melanie (Blake) Jennifer (Andrew), Samantha, John, Aundrea (Israel), Lance (Rhea), Ashley, Logan and Darcy; great-grandchildren, Keagan, Bridget, Brooklyn, Konnor, Mya, Leighton, Madelynn, John, Lachlan, Kobe, Adawnia, Zaydin and Mac.

Doreen is sadly predeceased by her parents, Henry and Sarah Recknagel (nee Brett); son, John and her brother, Elmer.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Keremeos Seniors Center on October 8, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
