It is with heartfelt sadness that family of Gordon Silver of Kelowna, BC announce his passing on May 3, 2021 at the age of 68 years. He was born on January 13, 1953 in Fort William, ON.

Gordon is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Wanda; three children, Robin, Pamela and Andrew; three grandchildren, Dominic, Carter and Cassidy; five siblings, Pat, Larry, Audrey, Keith and Brenda.

Gordon spent his youth in Thunder Bay, ON with his five siblings. He was very athletic and industrious. He left ON and ended up in BC where he worked as a locomotive engineer for 28 years. He was a true adventurer and loved to be in nature. He enjoyed the simple things in life like being with his family. He was a self-taught musician and artist. And he loved his desserts!

Everyone has a story to tell about how kind Gordon was to them. He was a beautiful soul We were lucky to know him, and he will be dearly missed.
