Douglas Tremayne Sr.

Douglas Tremayne Sr. passed away peacefully with family by his side, in his 88th year.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alfrieda Rose (Herrmann) Tremayne of 69 years, just celebrated February 19, 2023; daughter Sandra (John); sons Douglas Jr. (Denise) and Earl (Michelle); grandchildren Eden (Matt) and Christian; soon to be born great-grandson Isaac; brother Lorne (Kathy); nephews Dean and Brent (Emily); and cousin Morris (Charlene) Tremayne-Robinson. Predeceased by parents Mabel and Albert; siblings Lilian, Lorna, and Glen; and of late dog “Rosie”.

Dad worked for 46 years with Western Stevedor. He enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends over the years. He retired May of 1996. In his retirement years he enjoyed being a Grandpa, loved his furry friends and enjoyed his garden with a passion.
