Darrell Bruce Anderson

Darrell Bruce Anderson went to his eternal home on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the age of 71 years.

Darrell will be remembered and sadly missed by his beloved wife Teresa; children, Joshua (Carissa) of Trail, Cassandra (Matthew) of Kelowna, and Hayley (Marko) of Kamloops; five grandchildren, as well as siblings, Carol V. (Gerry) of Chilliwack, Debbie (Merv) of Kamloops, Dale of Chilliwack, stepsister Bev of Chilliwack, stepsister Carol B. (Ron) of Naramata, and stepsister Gladys.

He was sadly predeceased by his parents, Arvid and Audrey Anderson; stepmother, Alice; brother, Dean; stepbrother, Ron; and stepsister, Linda.

Darrell worked for Canada Post as a letter carrier for 35 years. He loved traveling to Mexico and was also passionate about cars, family, going on walks, and he loved his retirement. He was a very special guy and will be missed by his wife of 42 years, children, and grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and volunteers especially Naomi, Leah, Korey and Carmen at Hospice House for their wonderful care over the last few months. Their commitment and dedication to the care of Darrell was very much appreciated.

There will be a Service of Remembrance at a later date.
