Alfrieda Rose (Herrmann) Tremayne

Alfrieda Rose Tremayne (nee Herrmann) passed away peacefully with family by her side, in her 87th year. She is survived by her loving family; daughter Sandra (John), sons Douglas Jr. (Denise) & Earl (Michelle); grandchildren Eden (Matt) & Christian; soon-to-be-born great-grandson Isaac; brother Robert; special mention of niece Lena (Curt) of Tacoma, WA; as well many more nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by only 12 days, her loving husband Douglas Sr., recently celebrated 69 years together; parents Helena & Robert; siblings Stan, Ruth, Helen, Charles, and John; as well as dog ‘Rosie’.

Mom was a beautiful, wonderful homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, knitting & crocheting; camping with family & friends; line dancing with friends at the Kennedy Senior Centre; travels with many happy memories. Unfortunately, mom suffered from interstitial lung disease and was on oxygen 24/7 for the past 5 years.
