Alexander Camponi Obituary

Alex Camponi was born in Saskatoon, SK on April 13, 1932 to Alex Sr. and Bertha Camponi. He went to be with the Lord March 9, 2021 after a brief illness.

Survived by his loving wife Elsie (née Olynyk), sons Allan (Elaine) of Sherwood Park, AB, Alex (Ethel) of Regina, SK, and daughter Diane (Wayne) Wagner of Gibsons, BC, sister Lori (Ron) Thomson of Port Alberni, BC and brother Victor (Ann) of Calgary, AB. He was predeceased by sister Lorraine (Ed) Kisilewich. Blessed with 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Alex retired from Intercontinental Packers, Saskatoon, SK after 40 years of service in June, 1992. He then moved to Creston, BC for 1 ½ years and Westbank, BC for the next 28 years.

Due to Covid restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
