Aaron Michael Platz

Aaron Michael Platz went to be with the Lord on February 17, 2025, at the age of 44 years old.

Aaron will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his parents, Karen and Marty Platz; his beloved son, Daniel Platz; his sister, Sarah Platz; and his niece, Evelynn Fraser. He is also mourned by many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends, and acquaintances.

Aaron was an extraordinary son and brother. The greatest joy of his life was his incredible son, Daniel. Daniel, your father’s love for you was greater than the moon and stars.

 A passionate paddleboarder, Aaron loved spending time on Okanagan Lake and eagerly awaited the arrival of summer each year. Daniel and Evelynn will always cherish the memories of riding along with him.

Aaron had a heart of gold. He was a kind, loving, and sensitive soul whose infectious smile could light up any room. A creative spirit, Aaron poured his energy into woodworking, gardening, and music. His craftsmanship was unmatched, his green thumb legendary—he even perfected his own seeds—and his musical talent awe-inspiring. With impeccable guitar skills and a voice like an angel, his music was a gift to those around him.

As an electrician, Aaron was known for going above and beyond—a true professional who took pride in his work.

Though he is no longer with us, Aaron's zest for life, his deep faith, and his unwavering love for others will never be forgotten. His belief in Jesus as his Savior was evident to all who truly knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM
