1958 - 2018

After a courageous 3-year battle with lung cancer, on Friday, July 13th, 2018, at the Ethel St. Kelowna Hospice, William passed away very peacefully in his sleep.

Predeceased in 1974 by his Father, William Ross Quinn (Joe), William is survived by his Mother, Ingrid Quinn (North Vancouver), his Sister Rita Sampson (C.F.B. Gagetown), and Sister Iris Quinn (West Kelowna)

William’s family give grateful thanks to the Kelowna Cancer Clinic, the Kelowna Hospice, Dr. Grant Smith and Dr. Christopher Kipnis for helping William with his journey for many years.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Friday July 27, 2018 at Hansons Westwood Funeral Chapel, 2541 Churchill Road, West Kelowna, followed by interment at the Westbank Cemetery, Elliot Road, West Kelowna.

Please join the family for refreshments at Hansons Westwood Funeral Chapel following interment.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Kelowna Cancer Clinic.
