Therese Rose-Alma (Fillion) Beaudry

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother on December 12, 2018 in Rutland, BC at the Spring Valley Care Home. Mom was born in St. Boniface, MB on January 16, 1930.

Therese was predeceased by her husband Clovis (2008), daughter France (1955) and grandson Cory Erdahl (2006), her parents Napoleon and Marie Fillion as well as 5 siblings. Mom will be greatly missed by her daughters Claudette (Art) Taylor, Yvette Grant, Florence (Brian) Insko, Lise (Brian) Erdahl, Rita (Mike) Chase and two sons, Rheal (Laurie) Beaudry and Gerry Beaudry. She also leaves behind 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Mom will also be missed by her 2 sisters, 5 brothers and many other family and friends.

Dad and Mom were married on October 28, 1950 at St. Joseph, MB. They lived in Willow-Bunch, SK on a farm until 1973 when they moved to Rutland, BC and lived happily ever after.

Mom belonged to the CWL of St. Theresa’s Parish, the Army and Navy and Air force Clubs. Mom loved gardening, baking, knitting, camping, playing cars and really loved singing and entertaining with family and friends.

There will be a service held at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church on Rutland Road May 3, 2019 at 11:00 am.
