Sean Joseph Lalonde

Sean passed away in his home in West Kelowna, BC after giving his all in a lengthy battle with cancer. He leaves behind his precious family; Valerie, Robert, Jenna, Millah, Lennon, Quinton, and Jovie, and so many more loved family and friends.

Sean was the most genuine caring person and pastor. Sean could see anyone’s potential and it did not matter who they were or where they came from; he would always call out greatness in others. Sean pastored people in a way that truly revealed the love of God. Sean married Valerie Jean on September 11, 2004 in Westbank, BC and was an amazing husband. He was the best Father to five beautiful children; Jenna Faith, Millah Redemption, Lennon Rueben Raymond, Quinton Timothy, and Jovie Juliette, they were his reason for everything he did.  He has mentored, ministered, and inspired people all over the world. Whether it was the community in the Okanagan, or someone he had met on a mission’s trip, he always sought to help others ahead of himself. He loved watching cooking shows, playing Pokémon with his kids, and loving on and reaching people. He will be missed so much but will be remembered by the vision he had for the community, and the values he has instilled in his family and loved ones. 

Pastor Brodie Kalamen will be leading his celebration of life on May 27 at 1PM at Kelowna Christian Centre - 905 Badke Rd, Kelowna, BC. Please arrive early. All are welcomed who would love to come and celebrate this man who fought for his family and everyone he knew.
